Empire Engineering offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of safety and relief valves available today. Valves range in size from 1/2” to 4” and handle pressures up to 21 bar (300 p.s.i.) and temperatures up to 2250C. A high-pressure range up to 5,000 p.s.i. is also available. The range is manufactured in gunmetal, brass, cast and stainless steel to suit all applications. Also offered are a variety of flanged and screwed designs to suit existing pipework.
Empire valves are used extensively in a wide variety of air, steam. liquid and gas applications and are currently in use in demanding environments such as nuclear, water, power and allied industries.
Empire Engineering constantly updates and tests all valves to ensure that the latest technology is incorporated. Exacting test programmes are frequently undertaken in co-operation with leading British Universities to produce independently verified test data on flow rates and other characteristics.
